Arrival times must be agreed upon in in advance in order for us to organise our work and to ensure our guests have peace.

Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

No handover possible on Sundays and bank holidays (only in special cases).
